Before a vacancy at Compare Group finds its way to this website, we decide what the ideal profile of the candidate should be. What are the specific behavioural demands and drives needed for the job and our team? The outline for the vacancy is written with this profile in mind. Once you’ve applied for of our vacancies, we check your resume to find out if there is a match based on experience and education. If there is, you’ll be invited to fill in a PI-test. PI (Predictive Index) offers an understanding of what motivates people. It shows us what your specific behaviours are. If there’s a match between your PI-results and the profile we have in mind, you’ll be invited for a first job interview. Read more about PI. During the job interview we aim to get a good impression of you as a person. If there is also a match, we’ll invite you to do a StrenghtsFinder analysis. StrenghtsFinder will identify your five dominant talents. The outcome will help us to understand what your skills are, and will help you to be more successful in your work. If your talents fit both the job and our team, you’ll be invited to do an assignment or present a case to convince us you’re the right candidate for the job.
